I've been working on Binkie Clips all week (boring, I know) so I haven't had any fun creating anything new. But, I am happy to say, my dear friend Stephanie made a skirt for her cute little Skyler that is so stinkin' cute I wanted to share. She also made the hair clip to match and shares the tutorial on her blog. I think I'm going to have to try it! Way to go Stephanie!
