Anticipation

Don't you love it when you have things to look forward to? We are taking the kids up to Yellowstone this week. We live so close (relatively) and have never been. Jeff was involved in renovating the Old Faithful Inn so we are going to see where he has spent every other Tues & Wednesday for the last few months. (He just told me he picked up some projects in Hawaii so I better get to go visit those jobs sites with him!)

Next month I am dragging my mom on a trip to LA to go to the Fashion District. We are calling this a "business trip" since I will be looking for fabrics and notions (along with clothes, purses and anything else we just might stumble across).

In November I am heading to OR to go to my cousin's wedding. We've made our flights already so I sure hope we are on the guest list!

OOH! Can I come to LA with you? I've always wanted to go to the Fashion District. I can't wait to hear what you think!

Stephanie, that would be awesome! I hope you were serious about coming! That would be so fun! We are going October 24th and 25th.

Carlie-Have fun at Yellowstone! It's a beautiful place to enjoy nature, especially for families. The geysers and Old Faithful are fun, too!

I can't wait to see you guys in November! I am also a little jealous about you going to the Fashion District in LA. You will have to tell me all about it!

Carlie- I want to meet up with you too in LA. I love the garment district- and I know where to go. Also there's CUW on the 25th- you and your mom should go. They have a boutique in the morning at the Disneyland Hotel. You could actually go and look instead of working at one.

Any chance we could connect while you're in Portland?? I know it will be crazy because of the wedding and all but if you have any spare moments I'd love to see you!! Sounds like you have alot of fun things planned in the next couple of months!
