the holidays are over!

I ate way too many Christmas treats in the last few weeks and I am feeling the effects.
It's time to buckle down and start eating better. I thought I'd share a few of my
favorite snacks. Black beans are easy. Just pop open a can, drain and rinse. Edamame

are yummy too, espesially with a touch of salt. I like them cold or warm. Cherry
tomatoes are another favorite. Sometimes they are a little hard to find but costco is a
great place to look.
